Job Description:
 
Pavilion Integration is seeking an European OEM Key Account Sales Manager to develop new OEM accountsin biomedical and industrial market for our industry-leading WhisperIT® line of CW diode laser modules and multi-laser engine solutions.  In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for key OEM account management.
 
Position responsibilities include the following:
·Take responsibility for developing new OEM accounts in Europe; consistently meet / exceed booking and revenue targets
·Identify and qualify new OEM customers, develop and execute sales plans for these new accounts.
·Establish deep senior-level direct relationships with customers
·Lead the execution of new product design-in and qualification for key OEM accounts including: developing customer product specifications, establishing and managing customer new product qualification and managing the ramp-up of new product deliveries.
·Provide a professional high level of customer support
·Experienced in sales reporting like a rolling sales and revenue forecast and competitive activity reports on afrequent basis.
·Travel as required to OEM customers in Europe as well as to trade shows, technical meetings and to PIC locations worldwide

 Qualifications:
·Proven track record of successful (meeting/exceeding) technical product sales in biomedical and industrialOEM accounts
·Minimum of 3 years industrial and commercial laser direct sales experience
·Competent in pricing and contract negotiations
·Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels and disciplines
·Strong presentation, time management and teamwork skills
·Strong inter-personal skills and demonstrated ability to establish long-term customer relationships
·Passionate, self-motivated, persistent, results driven
·Bachelor of Science / Master of Science degree in Engineering; Optics or Laser Engineering is a plus
·Fluent in English and German.
