Pavilion Integration Corporation is looking for a motivated and experienced individual for the newly created position of:
OEM Sales & Marketing Manager, US East Coast/ Europe
Main tasks:
Sales responsibilities for a dedicated territory covering the East Coast U.S, and some of the European region, including:
• Lead generation
• Sales discussion with potential customers
• Represent at trade shows
• Visit customers and key account manage
• Generation of quotes and other sales related documents
• After sales follow-up
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of Production Specification documents, e.g. data sheets, application notes, etc.
• Work in close collaboration with manufacturing and R&D in a dynamic and innovative environment.
• Coordinate at trade shows, on-site handling of shipments, travel, customer meetings, etc.
• Maintaining current sales forecast information
• Generate regular, timely sales reports
• Travel obligations (25%).
Qualifications:
• Relevant experience in sales of complex optical products (ideally diode lasers)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Hands-on use of global customer relationship management software
• Self-motivated
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and get things done
• Commitment, proactive and work independently
• Team player
